Between her husband Kanye West’s controversial pro-Trump statements and sister Khloé’s struggles with boyfriend Tristan Thompson, Kim Kardashian has had a somewhat turbulent month. But according to the reality star and beauty entrepreneur’s best friend, La La Anthony, Kim is currently in “a good place.”
“I was just with her the other day! She looks amazing, and we had a great time hanging out in New York,” Anthony, 38, told Page Six at an Arm & Hammer House event in NYC on Thursday. “She looks hot — the hottest she’s ever looked. I mean, did you see her Met Gala look? She shut it down.”
Kardashian, 37, attended Monday night’s Met Gala dressed in a crowd-pleasing gilded Versace dress. West, meanwhile, sat out the gala for the second consecutive year, which Kardashian attributed to his busy work schedule. “Love you babe wish you were here with meeeeee but you’re only finishing up 5 albums,” she tweeted.
Added Anthony, “You don’t look that amazing if you’re not in a good place.”
